WP9: Communicating, disseminating, exploiting innovations
This WP aims to effectively address different target audiences of the project in order to maximise the impact of BIMSPEED. The communication of the project outcomes will be done through a multi-channel approach using project websites, newsletters, fact sheets, and a strong social media presence.

This task is focused on setting up the project public website, project management online collaboration site, social media channels, and recognisable project’s identity.

This deliverable describes the intended plan for how the project will effectively address different target audiences of the project to maximise the impact of BIM-SPEED.

This deliverable focuses on a training plan which will be prepared addressing all main stakeholder in the renovation market, i.e. real estate clients, public authorities, and professionals from all disciplines (architects, structural and HVAC engineers, construction firms –involving both white and blue collar workers).
